Delivery Time

We use NZ Couriers, Courier Post or Fastway NZ for all New Zealand orders.

We are not able to ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of being placed.

Delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days, Mon-Fri - excluding public holidays - from the date of purchase.

Please note that during peak holiday seasons, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control, please allow for extra time for your parcel to be delivered in this period.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, simply check online with NZ Couriers, Courier Post, or Fastway NZ for tracking information

A signature is required upon every delivery, we therefore recommend that you are at home or utilise a work address.

If you have noted any kind of authority-to-leave on the delivery instructions/notes when placing your order - Beau Coops will not be liable in any way for loss, theft, or damage of the parcel left in accordance with this authority.

If you are not available to sign for and receive your parcel, please contact the nominated courier service to arrange for re-delivery. If the item remains undelivered and is returned to us, you will be required to pay an administrative fee of $15.00 before the shoes are resent.
