Shipping & Returns

 Orders are generally dispatched from the distribution centre within 2 business days of being placed. Delivery can take between 2-5 business days, Mon-Fri – excl. public holidays – from the date of purchase.
 All parcels must be signed for on delivery. We advise you utilise a work address, or ensure someone will be present to sign at your chosen delivery address. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, a Delivery Attempted card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
 If you have noted any kind of authority-to-leave on the delivery instructions/notes when placing your order - we are not liable in any way for loss, theft or damage to the parcel left in accordance with this authority.
 We offer FREE shipping on all orders New Zealand wide.
 We offer free returns on all FULL PRICE (UNWORN & IN SALEABLE CONDITION) MERCHANDISE, if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
We do ask that you pay the return shipping costs for items purchased on SALE.
 Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time. All shipping is within New Zealand only. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We use NZ Couriers, Courier Post or Fastway NZ for all New Zealand orders. Once your item is dispatched you will be emailed tracking information via Shopify, or the automated courier system of each company. Tracking information is live once the item is collected and scanned.

 We ask that you allow 14 business days from the date we receive your item back to process any refunds. This is because refunds can only be processed via the original form of payment and there are two parts to every refund transaction.
SHOPIFY: If you paid with a debit/credit card – we would refund Shopify, who would then refund you. It can take a few days between each part of the whole transaction.
AFTERPAY, LAYBUY, or OXIPAY: If you paid via any of these payment providers - we would refund them, they would then refund you. This can also take a few days between each part of the whole transaction.
If you experience an unexpected delay in the receipt of funds, you may need to contact your credit/debit card company.
 Sometimes unforeseen faults happen. We advise you contact us as soon as possible. For any manufacturing faults - we will first, repair the product to a high quality finish at our expense. If a repair is not possible - we will provide a replacement product, or a refund of your purchase price should your original product no longer be available. PLEASE NOTE: Wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
 All New Zealand stockists of Beau Coops, including our webstore, are completely independent of each other. Our webstore is not a supplier for other stockists, but an independent e-commerce retailer. As such, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges, or fault claims for any items purchased at other retailers. We advise you contact the store of purchase ASAP to help with your product.

 

Sizing & Fit

As a whole, Beau Coops do run slightly large compared to other shoe brands.

We do include fit notes under each style. These notes are based on fit testing done before the release of each season’s collection. Each style is tried by several women with different size and shaped feet to make sure our fit notes are as accurate as possible for the majority of our customers. However, there can be exceptions.

Product Availability

 We stock from size 36 - size 41 in most styles, however we have limited stock on most ranging. If your size is not showing on the webstore that means it is no longer available. However, we can try to source your size from our supplier. Send us a message through the online contact form, or email us at info@beaucoops.co.nz – we will do our best to accommodate you.
 If the style you are looking for is not showing on the webstore, that means we do not stock that item. If the colour you are looking for in a particular style is not showing on the webstore, it means we do not stock that colour of that item. Unfortunately, we cannot order in styles or colours, outside our current ranging on our webstore. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
 All New Zealand stockists of Beau Coops, including our webstore, are completely independent of each other. Our webstore is not a supplier for other stockists, but independent e-commerce retailer. As such, we are not able to request stock from other retailers.
 As a webstore, all our products are shipped from a distribution centre. Unfortunately, we do not have a premises to facilitate trying on before you buy. However, we do offer free returns on FULL PRICE (UNWORN & IN SALEABLE CONDITION) MERCHANDISE if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. So you can be assured if your item is not the correct fit, you will be able to return it, or exchange it, as per the returns/exchange policy stated on our website.

 

Payments & Vouchers

As a webstore, traditional layby is not possible. However, we do offer payments via Oxipay – where you can receive your product straight away and pay it off with 4 fortnightly instalments.
You can register to pay for your desired product with Oxipay and choose this as your form of payment when placing your order. Oxipay will pay the retailer (Us) the total amount for your purchase, and you will only have to make 4 fortnightly payments to Oxipay to pay off your product.
