We regret that we are unable to cancel online orders after they have been placed, as they are input automatically into our system for efficient processing and dispatch. However please see our returns policy below for options once your order has arrived.


If you wish to return, or exchange an item, please email us at within 7 days of receiving your parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. We strongly advise you use a tracked courier service.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted, non-marking surface before wear and until you are certain you are keeping them.

Items that have any sign of use, wear, or damage will be returned to the customer.

All returns - whether for exchange, or refund - must be in unworn, undamaged and saleable condition. This includes accessories, tags, dust-bags and original boxes, which must not be damaged or altered in any way.

Please do not use the shoe box as the external packaging for the return shipment.

Beau Coops will not be liable in any way for loss, theft, or damage of the parcel during its transit back to us. We recommend you use a tracked courier service for returns.

You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number from our customer service department prior to sending your returns; items returned without appropriate documentation may be returned to sender.

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item/s purchased and can only be processed via the original form of payment.

Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your item/s to process any refunds or exchanges.

Sale items

Items purchased ON SALE during our site-wide promotions are not eligible for refunds. We do offer the option of exchanges or credit notes for temporary sale items. Our credit notes are provided in the form of a gift voucher, which do not expire and can be used at any time.

We are unable to accept returns for a refund on SALE items for incorrect choice or change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Outlet items

Please note that all outlet purchases made are final. We do not provide returns, store credits, or exchanges for items that are permanently reduced in price. We advise you to select your items carefully, as they cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

Faulty items

Outside of 7 days we will only provide a reimbursement in the event that the goods purchased are defective, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and after assessment. Returns will not be honoured if the item has been mistreated.

Any alterations such as the addition of non-slip soles by a third party voids any warranties (whether implied or expressed) including manufacturing faults. We are not liable for any alterations undertaken by third parties.

For any manufacturing faults, we will first, repair the product to a high quality finish at our expense. If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement product, or a refund of your purchase price should your original product no longer be available. PLEASE NOTE: Wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Please note we only offer repairs or replacements on items purchased from our website. If you purchased your shoes from another Beau Coops stockist, you will need to contact them for help.
