We regret - we are unable to cancel online orders after they have been placed, as they are input automatically into our system for efficient processing and dispatch. Please choose carefully.
Returns
If you wish to return, or exchange an item, please email us at info@beaucoops.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted, non-marking surface before wear and until you are certain you are keeping them.
Items that have any sign of use, wear, or damage will be returned to the customer.
All returns - whether for exchange, or refund - must be in unworn, undamaged and saleable condition. This includes accessories, tags, dust-bags and original boxes, which must not be damaged, altered, or used as the external packaging for the return shipment.
We offer free returns, including exchanges, on all FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE (unworn, undamaged and in saleable condition) if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
We do ask that you pay the return shipping costs for items purchased on SALE items, or full price items for return AFTER 7 DAYS.
We use NZ Couriers, Courier Post, or Fastway NZ for all FULL PRICE returns.
All returns or exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a return label via email.
For any returns not organised by us, Beau Coops will not be liable in any way for loss, theft, or damage of the parcel during its transit back to us.
You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number from our customer service department; items returned without appropriate documentation may be returned to sender and at your own expense.
Refunds will be issued for only the cost of the item/s purchased and can only be processed via the original form of payment.
Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your item/s to process any refunds or exchanges.
We are unable to accept returns for a refund on SALE items for incorrect choice, fit, or change of mind, so please choose carefully!
Sale items are a final sale - they may be exchanged for a different size of the same style if available, or returned for store credit only, in the form of a gift card code. Our credit notes do not expire and may be used at any time.
Outside 7 days we will only reimburse your monies (including return postage costs) in the event that the goods purchased are defective, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and after assessment. Returns will not be honoured if the item has been mistreated.
Any alterations such as the addition of non-slip soles by a third party voids any warranties (whether implied or expressed) including manufacturing faults. We are not liable for any alterations undertaken by third parties.
For any manufacturing faults - we will first, repair the product to a high quality finish at our expense. If a repair is not possible - we will provide a replacement product, or a refund of your purchase price should your original product no longer be available. PLEASE NOTE: Wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
