What is Oxipay?
Oxipay is a flexible and secure way for you to shop today and pay over time to ensure you can have what you need now.

How do I sign up? 
All you need is your email, mobile, be at least 18 years old, have a New Zealand address and your credit or debit card from which payments will be deducted automatically. You can sign up on the Oxipay home page or through our online checkout – just select Oxipay as your payment option.

What are the fees and charges? 
A late fee of $10 is charged if we do not receive your payment by the due date. If you are past due by more than 7 days, your account may be passed to our collections team where a $30 fee may be applied to your account.

How much can I spend? When are payments due?
When you purchase with Oxipay up to a maximum of $1,500, we pay the store and you pay in 4 instalments. The first instalment is due when you make a purchase, with 3 remaining instalments due every fortnight. We will email your payment schedule and send reminders before payments are due.

How do I return an item purchased with Oxipay?
Contact the retailer about any returns. The retailer will notify Oxipay to refund payments made and/or cancel further payments.
